A Vintage Lavabo for the Farmhouse Bathroom!

What do you do when you see something (in real life) that you have no hope of ever owning...
well, if you're me...you make it in miniature!
And that's why I had to make an antique lavabo for the farmhouse bathroom.

Oh, how I'd love a real one! But I've never seen one here in NZ.

And here's a little peek through into the hallway behind the bathroom...there's more to see around the corner!

Thank you to all the wonderful people who took time to leave such lovely comments on the bathroom post. I'm thrilled that so many of you like it!

  6. This turned out great! I don't think I've ever seen one like this. I'm curious about your putting Roubaix on your sign. My great-grandmother was from there and I don't see it very often.

    1. Hello Dawn, I found the little sign somewhere on the web with the three places on it. I liked the look of the sign. I've always wondered about Roubaix - now I'll have to google it!

  12. I love your work. I am beginning to "remodel" a dollhouse. I was having trouble with the bathroom window showing from the from of the house. After reading this post…I know what to do :). Thank you for sharing your wonderful work!
